OUR PROCESS

Choose Your location

Where would you like your MODZZ to be delivered? Fill out this form, enter your address, and a MODZZ rep will contact you shortly.

We build your MOD offsite

We will configure your MOD offsite exactly the way you like it.

We Deliver Your MOD

Your MOD will be on its way! Receive delivery updates (via text or email) in real-time.

We Assemble Your MOD

Upon Delivery, our highly skilled construction team will assemble and install your MOD

Our Process

Upon purchasing, we'll walk you through the entire MODZZ process, from start to finish.

Step 1 - Inspect

We do a quick site inspection of your property and order a survey and soils report

Step 2 - Contract

Here we will finalize your ADU selection, and you'll sign your contract.

Step 3 - Plan

Our design team will help you finalize your selections and our architect will complete your foundation plan.

Step 4 - Approvals

We'll submit your plans to the city and get approval!

Step 5 - Construct

MODZZ will then initiate factory construction and schedule for the local contractor to implement the MODZZ foundation and utilities
